  • You will receive another notification when your order has shipped.

2. Shipping Rates and Delivery Estimates

  • Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout.
  • We offer the following shipping options:
    • Standard Shipping: Estimated delivery within 2-3 business days.
    • Express Shipping: Estimated delivery within 1-2 business days.
    • International Shipping: Delivery times vary based on destination.

Delivery Estimates:

  • Delivery estimates are based on the shipping method selected and the destination address.
  • Please note that delivery times are estimates and not guaranteed. Delays may occur due to unforeseen circumstances such as customs processing, weather conditions, or carrier delays.

3. Shipping Confirmation and Order Tracking

Shipping Confirmation:

  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s).
  • The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.

Order Tracking:

  • You can track your order by clicking on the tracking link provided in the shipping confirmation email.

4. International Shipping

Customs, Duties, and Taxes:

  • Sahara Styles is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping are the responsibility of the customer (tariffs, taxes, etc.).
  • International shipments may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and fees, which are levied once a shipment reaches the destination country.

Shipping Times:

  • Delivery times for international shipping vary based on the destination country and customs processing times.
  • We are not responsible for delays caused by customs or other governmental authorities.

5. Shipping to P.O. Boxes and APO/FPO Addresses

P.O. Boxes:

  • We do not ship to P.O. Box addresses.

APO/FPO Addresses:

  • We do ship to APO/FPO addresses. Delivery times may be longer than standard shipping estimates.

6. Damages and Lost Packages

Damaged Items:

  • If you received your order damaged, please contact us immediately at saharastyles@outlook.com with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition.
  • We will address these on a case-by-case basis but will work towards a satisfactory solution.

Lost Packages:

  • If your package is lost in transit, please contact us at support@saharastyles.com so we can assist you in tracking it down.

7. Shipping Restrictions

Restricted Items:

  • Certain items may be restricted or prohibited from being shipped to specific destinations. You will be notified at checkout if any items in your cart cannot be shipped to your location.
