Returns and Refund Policy
Sahara Styles Return and Refund Policy
At Sahara Styles, we take pride in the quality and craftsmanship of our products. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help. Please review our policy below to understand your options.
Returns
Eligibility:
- Items must be returned within 14 days of the delivery date.
- Items must be unused, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received them.
- Items must have all original tags attached and be returned in the original packaging.
Non-Returnable Items:
- Sale items or items purchased with a discount code.
- Customized or personalized items.
- Gift cards.
Return Process:
- Initiate a Return: Contact our customer service team at saharastyles@outlook.com with your order number and reason for return.
- Approval: Once your return request is approved, you will receive a return authorization and instructions on how to send your item back to us.
- Shipping: You are responsible for the cost of return shipping. We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We are not responsible for items lost in transit.
- Inspection and Approval: Upon receiving your return, we will inspect the item and notify you of the status of your refund.
Refunds
Approval Process:
- Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
Refund Method:
- If approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 10 business days.
Late or Missing Refunds:
- If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
- Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
- Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
- If you’ve done all of this and you still have not received your refund, please contact us at customer_service@saharastyles.com.
Exchanges
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same item, contact us at saharastyles@outlook.com with your order number and details of the defect or damage. We will provide instructions on how to proceed.
Cancellations
Orders can be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase. To cancel an order, please contact us immediately at saharastyles@outlook.com. If 24 hours have passed, we may not be able to cancel the order as it may already be processed and shipped.
